GOTS certification is awarded by Control Union (link opens in new window) to fabric mills that manufacture, package, trade, and/or distribute organic fabric. The fabric must have at least 70% organic content. Note that this certification DOES NOT cover how the raw material that makes up the fabric (ex., cotton or flax) is grown.
